The Department of Nutritional Sciences offers three integrated study options that prepare students for careers in nutrition science, dietetics, and wellness. Nutrition spans disciplines such as biochemistry, genomics, physiology, social science, and public health, examining the relationship between diet and human health. At Auburn University, biomedical and applied scientists collaborate on research, education, and Extension programs to improve health and well-being across Alabama and beyond.
