The Horst Schulze School of Hospitality Management is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of professionals in the field of global hospitality management. Accredited by the ACPHA, (Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration), students engage in classroom and laboratory sessions in the College of Human Sciences’ cutting-edge facility, the Tony and Libba Rane Culinary Science Center, which also houses Laurel Hotel and Spa, and teaching restaurant, 1856.
